Waychamp refuerza su alianza con la federación ecuatoriana de taekwondo y activa distribución oficial en el país
Waychamp continúa consolidando su presencia internacional con un paso relevante en Latinoamérica. La compañía ha reforzado su colaboración con la federación ecuatoriana de taekwondo, en una alianza que busca impulsar el desarrollo del deporte mediante tecnología especializada.
La marca, certificada por World Taekwondo (WT), ha sido reconocida por la calidad e innovación de sus sistemas electrónicos de protección y puntuación, utilizados tanto en entrenamiento como en competición. Esta base tecnológica permite trabajar junto a la federación ecuatoriana bajo estándares alineados con el entorno internacional.
El inicio de esta cooperación institucional, junto al presidente de la federación, Juan Ramírez, marca un avance significativo dentro de la estrategia global de Waychamp. El objetivo es facilitar el acceso a herramientas modernas que contribuyan al crecimiento de atletas, entrenadores y competiciones en el país.
Como parte de este proceso, la compañía ha dado un paso adicional al nombrar un distribuidor oficial en Ecuador. Hasta ahora, la operativa en el país se gestionaba directamente desde la propia marca, por lo que esta designación supone una mejora en la atención local, la disponibilidad de producto y el acompañamiento a las instituciones deportivas.
Además, Waychamp ya trabaja en la planificación de futuros eventos en Ecuador, cuyas fechas se anunciarán próximamente. Estas acciones buscan reforzar la presencia del taekwondo y acompañar su desarrollo competitivo en el país.

Waychamp continues to consolidate its international presence with a significant step in Latin America. The company has strengthened its collaboration with the Ecuadorian Taekwondo Federation, in a partnership aimed at supporting the development of the sport through specialized technology.
The brand, certified by World Taekwondo (WT), has been recognized for the quality and innovation of its electronic protection and scoring systems, used in both training and competition. This technological foundation allows Waychamp to work alongside the Ecuadorian federation under standards aligned with the international taekwondo environment.
The start of this institutional cooperation, together with the federation’s president, Juan Ramírez, marks an important step in Waychamp’s global growth strategy. The collaboration is focused on providing modern technological solutions to support athletes, coaches, and the overall development of taekwondo in Ecuador.
As part of this process, the company has also taken a further step by appointing an official distributor in Ecuador. Until now, operations in the country were managed directly by Waychamp, so this move represents an improvement in local support, product availability, and service for clubs and institutions.
